Images of the Devil in Contemporary Art.  Lucifer, Satan, demon, fallen angel…the Anti-Christ?  Nowhere in the Old or New Testament does there appear a full account of the creature commonly known as the “devil”.  Though anonymous, this character has resonated in the minds and appears regularly in the works of some of today’s most influential artists.  This original and innovative exhibition, organized by Milwaukee painter Fred Stonehouse together with WPCA, will explore various personal interpretations of the devil as featured in works by Don Ed Hardy, Manuel Ocampo, Fred Stonehouse and many more.
