Every Tuesday – Friday, from 1 – 5pm, WPCA will host Summer Art Camp for youth ages 6 – 12. Classes are taught by certified instructors and professional artists, and each class includes a healthy afternoon snack!
FEES: $100/week or $80/week for WPCA “Family” Members (cost includes all material fees)
Partial scholarships are available, please inquire upon registration.

Our environmental art week where students will become inspired to see art in the natural world. Students will explore mosaics, earth art, sustainable gardening, and much more! Taught by certified art educators: Kate Bradley and Mary Sugiyama; field trips TBD
DRUM MAKING AND RHYTHMS (JULY 17-20)
Participants will make their own drums this week! Through interactive games students will learn world rhythms during this musical week of summer camp. Taught by professional musician: Julio Pavon.
PHOTOGRAPHY (JULY 24-27) CLASS FULL
DANCE (JULY 31-AUG 3)
Learn dance from two ofMilwaukee’s top performers. Students experience African and Latin cultural traditions as they learn choreographed dance pieces to perform for families and friends at the end of the week. Taught by professional dancers: Miriam Levie and “Souljah”.
THEATRE (AUG 7-10 AND 14-17)
Learn the art of acting in a week led by a local professional. Activities include interactive games and improvisation exercises. At the end of the week students will put on theatre performance for friends and family during our Fiesta! Taught by professional actor/director: Lee Palmer, most recently known for his role in “To Kill a Mocking Bird”.

Friends and Family come together to celebrate all of the hard work and creativity that was cultivated during the summer months! This includes our Theatre performance and display of artwork. Families from all weeks of camp are invited to celebrate!
