Project: Window Mural
Walker’s Point Center for the Arts and Milwaukee Ballet, located at 504 W. National Ave. (5th and National Avenue, just across the street from La Perla) are looking for an artist or artist group to create a mural for their windows running along the high-traffic National Avenue (window dimensions and description below).  The mural must last at least 3 – 5 years and must be removable at the end of that time period.  The mural does not necessarily have to be a painting; it may be some other 2-Dimensional medium that suits the window space.  However, it must be able to withstand temperature variance and direct sunlight, it must be weatherproof, and it must be installed from the interior.  The work must reference the vibrancy of dance and movement, and the color palette should include vibrant, active, rich colors (a color palette is provided below).
