In this darkly comic play, former college roommates Emily and Kristi reunite to celebrate the birth of Emily’s new baby, a baby unlike anything Kristi has ever seen.

SandMark Productions and Walker’s Point Center for the Arts proudly presents Baby Wings, a world premiere play by local award-winning playwright Mark Wyss. The production runs February 11 – February 27, 2016 at Walker’s Point Center for the Arts’ Blue Box Theater.

Former college roommates Emily and Kristi reunite after the birth of Emily’s first child. It’s been five years since they graduated, but it is clear that Kristi is living in the past. The visit takes an abrupt turn to the fantastical when Emily’s baby joins the reunion — a baby unlike anything Kristi has ever seen. Baby Wings deals with self-perception, self-delusion, and identity in a world where we can be anything or anyone we want to be. The show is best suited for audience 16 and over.
