About the Annual Members Show… 

Each year, we dedicate a non-juried group exhibition to showcase the artwork of our talented members. Over 200 pieces in a wide range of media are presented salon-style throughout our gallery, creating an exuberant display of color, texture, form, and flow. The style of the artwork varies as much as the medium.

The opening reception in itself is a creative salon. Art lovers and exhibiting artists, budding and esteemed, gather to converse, connect, and share creative ideas and techniques. For many, WPCA’s Annual Members Show has become a tradition and among their favorite to show work.

You could be chosen to have your own show…

Each year, a juror selects four outstanding artists from the Annual Members Show to exhibit individually in their own Featured Member Exhibition. Each exhibition opens on Gallery Night and runs for about 10 weeks.  Click here for more about Featured Member Exhibition and previous artists and jurors.

Submission Guidelines


Exhibition: August 30th – October 4th, 2019

Drop-off: August 5th – August 17th, Monday – Saturday, Noon – 5 PM

Opening Reception: Friday, August 30th, 5 – 9 PM

Post-exhibit artwork pickup: October 7th-12th & 14th-16th, Noon – 5 PM

WHO can submit artwork? 

WPCA members (membership must be current throughout the exhibition run).

WPCA annual Artist level membership is only $35, which is cheaper than most art show/festival entry fees.

Accepted mediums
Both 2D and 3D artwork in various mediums are accepted.

2D (painting, print, photography, assemblage…)
Accept up to three (3) pieces total.
A diptych counts as two pieces. Triptych counts as three pieces.
Size: 48″ max., frame included.

3D (sculpture, ceramic…)
Accept up to two (2) pieces total.
Size: Base size 24″ in diameter max; span of 48″ in diameter.
You may provide your own pedestal, as we have limited amount of them.

Ready to Hang/Install
All artwork must be completed and ready to install. 2D work should be framed or mounted, and ready with wire or other secure hanging hardware. If the work requires special installation, artist must provide installation instructions. Any incomplete artwork or ones that is deems to be unready to install will not be accepted.

Submission and approval

  1. Fill out Entry and Consignment form. Print or fill it out electronically. Download the 2019 form here..
  2. Images should be JPEG or PNG, 72 dpi, and numbered 1, 2, 3 and match the order in the Form.

  4. Submissions will be promptly reviewed and accepted or rejected. Although not a juried exhibition, submissions will be reviewed to ensure acceptable size and that artwork doesn’t have offensive imagery.

Drop off

Artwork can be dropped off at the gallery after submission is accepted. Drop offs can be made August 5th – August 17th, Monday – Saturday, Noon – 5 PM.  All artwork must be received by 5:00 pm on August 17th. Sales/Pricing Work

WPCA retains 30% commission on artwork sales. Please price your work accordingly. If work is not for sale, please note “NFS” (not for sale) in the “Value/Price” section of the entry form and list the value of the work. The value must be provided for insurance purposes.
