Cristina Ossers

Cristina is a Milwaukee based multimedia artist and lead teaching artist for our Multimedia Storytelling Internship Program for teens in partnership with ArtWorks for Milwaukee.

​Her work utilizes digital media as an expression of the human condition. The work focuses on the neglected consequences of existing in underrepresented groups.

She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interdisciplinary Arts and Technology from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. For one semester she studied in Florence, Italy at Santa Reparata International School of Art.

After college, she participated in a year long mentorship through Milwaukee Artist Resource Network. She is also a Gallery Assistant at Var Gallery and Studios and manages DocMyArt: a Milwaukee based photo and video archive of artwork, exhibitions, and performances by local artists.
