WPCA offers unique, art‑centered spaces for community gatherings, professional events, and creative experiences. All rentals support our mission and take place within our active exhibition spaces.

Rental Rates

• Standard Hours (Tue–Fri, 1–5pm & Sat, 1–5pm): $50/hour
• Outside Standard Hours: $100/hour
• A/V System: $50 daily rate
• Rental fees apply per space reserved. Each space is booked independently, and the hourly rate is charged for each space you choose to use.
• Setup/takedown fee is a single, flat $100 charge per reservation, regardless of how many spaces are  reserved.

Payment: Full rental fee due at least one week before the event
Required Meeting: All renters must meet with WPCA staff before an agreement is finalized

Exhibition & Decoration Notes

• WPCA hosts 10–12 exhibitions per year, so the look of the space changes frequently.
• Artwork cannot be removed
• Wall colors vary by exhibition
• Contact staff for details about the exhibit on view during your rental date
