It is our intent to host events that compliment our mission and that underscores our exhibitions. We have a variety of unique spaces for  professional gatherings.

Food and Beverages
Food and beverages are allowed. Caterers/bartenders are allowed. Alcoholic beverages are allowed. We do not have a fully functioning kitchen.

Equipment:
Two 6 ft. tables and up to 45 chairs
Audio/video system equipment $50 daily rate.

Max. Capacity: 45–75, depending on the space

Rental Fee:

• Additional $100 setup/takedown fee is enforced.
• Tuesday–Friday, 1pm–5pm & Saturday, 1pm–5pm: rate is $50/hour. 
• Hours outside of the above listed: rate is $100/hr

Interested parties must meet with WPCA staff before any agreement will be made. Rental fee must be paid in full at least a week prior to the event.

Decoration:  We host 10-12 exhibitions per year, so the space looks different almost every month. Please note that artwork cannot be removed from walls and color of walls might change depending on the exhibit. Please check with staff for additional information regarding the art exhibit that will be on display during the day(s) you inquire.
